About Us
| TC started out as a small mentoring group in the living room of Steve and Diane Schultz during the summer of 2005. Steve and Diane had transitioned from Northwest Florida the previous fall, knowing that they had a clear mandate to come to Northwest Arkansas and establish a strong core Kingdom community. This community forms the base from which apostolic Kingdom patterns can be modeled to churches within the network that they oversee – PTWN (Preparing The Way Network). | ![]() |
Our primary aims are:
- to build a viable Kingdom community which displays accurate Kingdom lifestyles, elevated thinking congruent with the demands of the 21st Century, strong Kingdom governance based upon the biblical pattern of leadership, relational joining and healthy corporate life.
- to demonstrate the reality of all restored truth from each major progressive move of God – Protestant Reform, Holiness Movement, Pentecostal Movement, Latter Rain Movement, Charismatic Movement, Prophetic Movement, and Apostolic movement.
- to live in and under the reality of apostolic grace that empowers each individual and the corporate Church to advance into its destiny, with full recognition of the other offices (Prophet, Teacher, Pastor and Evangelist- Eph 4:11) as necessary impartational components to bring the church to maturity.
- to be the creative center for apostolic patterns within PTWN which can be exported for other communities to build upon.
- to be a community of families whose primary focus is towards internal spiritual development leading to well ordered living, strong marriages, healthy families, successful businesses, and correct sight of life based upon Kingdom principles.
- to bring individuals into the life changing encounter of receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and as Savior and then providing accurate pathways for their on-going development.
- to manifest the supernatural dimensions of God through laying on of hands for healing, prophecy and other gifts of the Spirit.
TC a GBKC
We have come to the realization that the term “local church” no longer has the same degree of validity that it once did. TC is being built to serve the Fayetteville, Arkansas area, but the season that we are now in also demands that we remove all restrictions and limitations that have hampered the development of people who see the world as “ours.” (Psalm 24:1) Apostolic Reformation has introduced a much broader dimension of thought which has moved us past the limitations of a “local” mentality to a place where every member of TC can embrace a global mentality. As Dr. Noel Woodroffe, President of Congress-WBN has stated,
At TC, we see ourselves as a part of the “global church” which is not limited by geographical or geopolitical boundaries. We are a people who desire to develop a correct global perspective that empowers us to become a portal of divine activity into whatever nation within which God desires us to build. Our globalness also allows us to build seamlessly between our community, the communities within PTWN, and our affiliation with Congress-WBN.
Therefore, we have purposefully removed ourselves from the old unchanging positions associated with a “local church,” and we strive to propagate a community that is progressive, powerful, dedicated, and fully committed to expressing Christ in His fullness.
